Instantly, I dropped the bar. I knew I was in trouble. I visited an urgent care later that day to get anti-inflammation and pain medication. But I knew that wasn't going to be enough...

Dr Lisa squeezed me in the next day, on a Sunday no less, to adjust me and start what would be a several month relationship to nurse me back to full strength.

Even after our first session, I felt better physically from her adjustment but also mentally because she inspired confidence in me that I would fully recover quickly.

Dr Lisa is exceptional at what she does, but more than that she really cares about her patients which is hard to find these days.

She's extremely caring and compassionate and it shows after just a few minutes of chatting with her.

On several occasions she's also helped out a few of my friends and even my wife when they've needed her expertise.

Working in fitness, my body is everything. Without it I'm out of business. And there isn't another chiropractor in Orange County I'd trust with my body or that of my closest family and friends.

Secretly, part of me doesn't want everyone else to find out how wonderful she is because I want to be able to still get in for an appointment when needed. But she deserves all the success she gets. It's well earned.

If you are an athlete like me, this is the place for you. But even if you're not an athlete, she will take great care of you.

P.S. I'm back to deadlifting at full strength now, but with much more emphasis on my technique. And I've switched back to mostly traditional deadlifts for now, but no matter what happens -- I know where to go!

  Finding this place was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure! Dealing with excruciating nerve pain from 3 bulging discs in my neck was tough. After my first visit my pain... read more was gone....I was in complete shock! I've tried soooo many other clinics and their approach was simply a bandaid. Many specialists wanted to do surgery, remove the disc and fuse the bones... but I knew there was a better way. Dr Lisa and her staff set me up on an intense plan to heal my neck and my entire spine. After a few consistent weeks I feel like I've got my life back! It was a debilitating experience giving up MONTHS of work, rock climbing, motorcycles, hanging with friends, canceling vacations, basically my entire lifestyle due to pain.
